In order to give our clients the best outcome possible when they claim we follow a six step advice process...
- We listen - we find out what we are being asked to do and define what areas our advice will cover
- We ascertain the facts - we meet with our clients to collect information relevant to their situation. We also give them an understanding of the risks that they may wish to consider and the products that can help with minimising these risks
- We consider - we apply specialised knowledge and skill to each clients situation once we have collected the facts and create a customised insurance solution
- We ensure understanding - we meet with our clients as many times as necessary to discuss our recommendations and advice
- We act - once our clients have provided us with instructions to proceed we begin the paperwork to implement their policies and keep them fully informed throughout the underwriting process
- We review - over time circumstances change and we suggest that all our clients review their insurance cover at least annually. In the busy world we live in it would be easy to overlook this critical step - however with Advanced Insurance it is all part of our service, we will be in touch to remind you about your annual review and will be there over the lifetime of our relationship, staying in touch as your family and business changes.
